Happy New Year!!

Happy Holiday's to you all!

 

Applied Movement is pleased to announce the following new classes for 2011!  We look forward to seeing you all there in the New Year.  All new classes will begin the week of January 3rd.

 

Monday's: Gentle Flow Yoga with Karen 5:30-6:30pm

(Brad' Metabolic Conditioning class will now meet at Ala Moana Beach Park, from 5:30-6:30pm).*

Wednesday's: ZUMBA with Atsuko from 5:30-6:30pm

(Brad's Metabolic Conditioning class will now meet at Ala Moana Beach Park, from 5:30-6:30pm).*

Class Cancellations-December

 Aloha Everyone,

 

We hope this holiday season is treating you well. 

Unfortunately, we have a few class cancellations to report, but we will be back in full-swing starting January.  Look out for our email about all of our new classes in 2011!

The following classes will be cancelled:

Tue 12/21: ZUMBA (745-845pm)

Applied Movement will be closed from 12/23-12/26 and also on 12/31 and 1/1.  All classes on these days will be cancelled.

THANKSGIVING CLASS CANCELLATION

We want to apologize for the short notice so soon after our initial announcement, but Applied Movement will be canceling Thanksgiving's Yoga Flow from 9-10:15am.

 

We apologize for the inconvenience, and want to take this opportunity to extend our THANKS to all of you for your continued support of Applied Movement.

Thanksgiving Flow

 Aloha Everyone,

The holiday season is upon us, and Thanksgiving is just days away... Applied Movement will be offering a Thanksgiving Day Yoga Flow with Karen from 9-10:15am.  Come and work up a sweat, burn off some calories, and enjoy your turkey day guilt-free!

Drop-in is $15.  All levels welcome.

*If you have already purchased a monthly pass, you may use your pass toward Thanksgiving class.*

This will be the only class offered Thanksgiving Day.

ZUMBA IS HERE!!

 Aloha Everyone!

 

Applied Movement is excited to announce the arrival of ZUMBA at our studio!!!  Zumba is a dance fitness class that is a fusion of fitness and fun, and incorporates fitness with Latin and international music.  

Your first week of ZUMBA classes is FREE!!

(Your free week expires 7 days from the first class attended).

Applied Movement will be offering ZUMBA on the following days/times:

Tuesdays/Thursday's 7:45-8:45pm with Suse

Sunday's: 11am-12pm with Suse

AM October 2010 Schedule Updates

Effective October 1st:

Monday's/Wednesday's @ 5:30-6:30pm is now "Metabolic Condtioning" with Brad.

Wednesday's @ 9-10am Yoga for Ailments with Karen has been cancelled.

Thursday's @ 6:15-7:30 Yoga Basics is now "Restore Mobility" with Brad/Karen and will meet at 5:30-7:00pm.  See below for details.

October UNLIMITED Pass!

 Aloha Everyone,

Applied Movement is pleased to announce our Unlimited Monthly Pass for the month of October!

The Unlimited Monthly Pass will give our students an opportunity to attend all of the classes Applied Movement has to offer.  The best part is students can attend class as many times as they want!!  It's a great opportunity to try out classes that you've been curious about without worrying about the extra cost. 

Passes will be $100, and will be available starting October 1st, 2010. 

FREE PILATES CLASSES!!

 Aloha Everyone,

 

Applied Movement is pleased to announce that we will be offering a FREE Pilates with Reduced Effort class on the following Saturday's this month!!

9/11, 9/18, 9/25.

All classes will be from 12:15-1:30pm, and will be taught by Pam Sandridge, certified Pilates instructor.  Pilates with Reduced Effort is meant to provide all the benefits of a Pilates class without the forced effort that sometimes accompanies other workouts.

**Please bring a mat and a towel.
