Tues./Thurs. Zumba Class with Suse is canceled until Mar.29

 Good morning people,

This newsletter is to inform you all that Zumba with Suse on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:45 - 8:45 pm will be cancelled until March 29, 2011 because she will be going on vacation. Classes will resume as schedule on March 31, 2011. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. Have a great day.

Introductory Yoga Series with Rebecca Kelso


Applied Movement is pleased to present a 6-week Introductory Yoga Series with instructor Rebecca Kelso.

True Balance: An Introduction to Yoga is perfect for aspiring yogis who want to learn more about yoga, as well as for more advanced practitioners who want to delve deeper into their practice.  By the end of the 6-week series, you will have the ability and confidence to grow your practice in any way you choose!

The series will run from April 2nd-May 7th, and will meet each Saturday from 4:00-5:15pm.

Wed./Sat. Zumba cancelled until further notice.

Hello everyone, this newsletter is going out to let you folks know that our Wed. and Sat. Zumba classes are postponed until further notice. We are currently searching for a replacement and will have one shortly.  Sorry for the such short notice. Let us know if you have any questions. We still have our Tues. and Thurs. Zumba classes going on, so we recommend checking one of those classes out if you have the time.

Spring Specials at Applied Movement


Spring is upon us, and Applied Movement is pleased to announce the launch of its Corporate Yoga Program!  Applied Movement's Corporate Yoga Program is a program designed to provide its participants with an improved sense of well-being; participants will experience reduced stress levels, increased circulation and tone in their muscles, and a boost to their immune system, making them healthier, more productive, and happier employees.

Sunday ZUMBA Cancelled

Applied Movement is writing to let you know that unfortunately Suse's Sunday Zumba class will no longer be offered. She will continue to teach Zumba on Tuesday and Thursday. We apologize for the inconvenience, thank you, and have a nice day.

Saturday Class w/Rebecca Kelso POSTPONED

Good afternoon everyone. This newsletter is going out to let you know that our Saturday Yoga class with instructor Rebecca Kelso is postponed until further notice. We are currently planning a Progressive Yoga Series with Rebecca tentatively schedule to run in early February. More details to follow. Saturday Yoga Basics TIME CHANGE

Please be advised that our new Yoga Basics class with Rebecca will now meet on Saturday's from 5:15-6:30pm, not 2-3:30pm.

We are looking to expand our repertoire of classes, and want to know what all of you (our loyal students) think.


Here's a list of potential classes that we are thinking of offering in the future.  Let us know what your level of interest would be for the following classes listed below:


Core Fusion: Exercise your core!  This class combines Pilates, traditional abdominal exercises, and functional exercise to challenge your core to the max!  All levels welcome!

Monday's: Gentle Flow Yoga with Karen 5:30-6:30pm

(Brad' Metabolic Conditioning class will now meet at Ala Moana Beach Park, from 5:30-6:30pm).*

Wednesday's: ZUMBA with Atsuko from 5:30-6:30pm
