Low Carb Breakfast Recipe

Here's a good low-carb breakfast I eat whenever I'm trying to drop some bodyfat.

3 whole eggs (organic) omelette w/spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, topped w/parmesan cheese and Bragg's Amino Soy Sauce alternative 

2 strips, nitrate-free, organic bacon

1 orange

16 oz. water

1 c organic coffee w/So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer (Hazelnut)

I love this breakfast!
