 Aloha Everyone,

We are looking to expand our repertoire of classes, and want to know what all of you (our loyal students) think.


Here's a list of potential classes that we are thinking of offering in the future.  Let us know what your level of interest would be for the following classes listed below:


Core Fusion: Exercise your core!  This class combines Pilates, traditional abdominal exercises, and functional exercise to challenge your core to the max!  All levels welcome!

Lunch Flow Yoga:  This one hour class (11:30a-12:30p) is a great way to get a workout in during the day and forget about work for a bit!  Lunch Flow will be a well-rounded class suitable for all levels.  

ABC's (Abs, Butt and Core):  The name says it all.  This boot camp style class class will lift and tone your backside and strengthen your midsection.  All levels welcome!

Tone and Sculpt: Join this class for a workout from head to toe!  Various pieces of equipment will be used to perform functional exercises that target many muscles for a more efficient workout.  All levels welcome!
